Traditional-Marriage War Exposes Left's Intolerance (from ChronWatch)

From ChronWatch...

Outrage and anguish over the passage of Proposition 8 has spurred massive street protests throughout California, and leaders of the gay and lesbian community believe the backlash could spark an unprecedented nationwide push for gay rights.

Opponents of Prop 8 say that they “just want to be left alone” to enjoy relationships that heterosexuals couples do. Their argument is that marriage is a natural right, and that government should not explicitly deny it to anybody. Besides the obvious inconsistency in their logic vis-à-vis other rights (gun control, property, campaign contributions,) they falsely portray themselves as hapless citizens who are striving to free themselves of the shackles of government intrusion in their privates lives.

Wanting to be left alone is a red herring argument. Supporters of gay marriage have no desire for the government to leave anyone alone; they want government to actively impose their agenda on everyone else.

What may have been the biggest boon to the pro-8 side is a case in point. On Friday October 10, a public school in San Francisco took a group of first graders to a teacher’s single-sex wedding at City Hall. Whatever the merits of the school director’s contention that it was a “teachable moment,” it certainly points to an activist agenda.

The furor over Proposition 8’s passage has only confirmed what traditionalists feared: they want to radically redefine a fundamental institution of western civilization. Even the San Francisco Chronicle looks with dismay on the many cases of vandalism, blacklisting, and boycotting of Proposition 8 supporters.

Though frustrating, their tactics should come as no surprise. One major advantage that the radical, activists have in any fight is that they always have at least one more arrow in their quiver. If the election doesn’t turn out in their favor, they go to the courts. If the courts don’t go their way, they go to the streets. It is part of being a leftist ideologue: the ends justify the means.

When traditional, conservative voters are asked if they want to restore marriage the way it was before, they respond. This time around, more voters chose to reverse the California Supreme Court’s finding that marriage is a constitutionally-protected right.

It’s how the system works. Yet, proponents of gay marriage take to the streets, intimidate Prop 8 supporters, and target religious groups that supported traditional marriage. If every bona fide election result were subject to the same repercussions as that of Prop 8, the system would be unsustainable.

But not every election is targeted by the losers--only those that the left disagrees with. If conservatives lose an election, they go back to work. If radical liberals disapprove of the voters’ choice, they march. Or vandalize, or picket. Or start a new political action group. Their entire raison d’etre is political.

Gay marriage might eventually become a reality. Society’s attitudes may change quickly, or it may take time. Liberals don’t want to be left alone, and they certainly don’t want to leave anybody else alone. They are wired for political action. They have no patience, and they have no respect for the will of the majority if it doesn’t conform to their agenda. And they are willing to go to any lengths to promote it.

Thank You, God

S.F. Police Chief Announces Retirement!!!

(12-20) 14:40 PST SAN FRANCISCO - San Francisco Police Chief Heather Fong, who rose through the ranks to become the city's first female chief nearly five years ago, announced her retirement Saturday on a radio program hosted by Mayor Gavin Newsom.

She plans to step down in April, once she reaches her fifth anniversary as San Francisco's top cop and after she helps with the search for her successor, she said.

"None of us can be chief forever," said Fong, 52. "I felt I've accomplished a lot."

Like the second straight year of 100+ homicides, the highest murder rate in over a decade, some of the lowest murder solving rates in the nation, robberies and burglaries soaring, and rock bottom morale at the SFPD.

"Becoming the chief was never my goal," Fong said. "But the opportunity presented itself - with a lot of encouragement, not only in the department but in the community."

And Fong ran the SFPD like Ron Dellums runs Oakland. Timidly. Half-heartedly. Badly.

But we mustn't be too harsh on Heather the Feather. In an area populated with spineless judges, the obstructionist OCC, a pro-criminal D.A., a certifiably insane Board of Supervisors, and a citizenry full of bleeding heart narcissist liberals, she couldn't have gotten anything done if she had tried.

Still... she could have tried.

Now we can only hope and pray that Kamala Harris follows suit. Or, at the very least, hope that the next Chief of Police has the guts to take on this crazy bitch and her stupid nutjob ideas.

Videogate: Forgotten But Not Gone...

The New Bailout - Coming in 2009

"Jamiel's Law" - To Overturn L.A.'s Criminal Alien Shield - Makes Ballot!!!

Congratulations!!!

Jamiel's Law - the proposed law named after Jamiel Shaw, Jr., a Los Angeles high-schooler murdered by a previously convicted illegal alien gang member - has collected enough signatures to make the ballot in Los Angeles. The proposed law seeks to overturn Los Angeles' criminal alien shield - known as "Special Order 40."

This is a huge victory. When even a pro-gang, pro-illegal alien criminal town like Los Angeles can no longer turn away from the illegal alien menace, then this is a good sign. As for whether it will ultimately pass, I'd say that's a tall order.

But here's the reality... the American people are fed up. They are mad, and polls are showing that they are getting madder. The upswell of black voters in the last election is not boding well for the illegal alien pimps, who are learning that blacks are just as pissed off about illegals taking their jobs as whites are. The rainbow coalition so hoped for is not materializing.

Sign the SanctuaryBusters Petition!

From the folks at Judicial Watch, in its own words...

If you’re angered by out-of-control, massive illegal immigration…and frustrated by lax enforcement of America’s immigration laws…

…Sign this Petition now to your Governor
and demand that your state abolish illegal alien “sanctuary” policies in every town, city and county!

Here’s why:

  • In absolute violation of federal law, literally thousands of town, city, county and even state governments actively provide “sanctuary” for illegal aliens when they illegally prohibit police officers from communicating with federal immigration authorities or even inquiring about the immigration status of individuals.

  • These “sanctuary” policies not only show contempt for federal law, they result in increased violent crime and huge costs to law-abiding taxpayers for shelter, education, health care and jail space for illegal immigrants. (ed... any San Franciscan can tell you this is the absolute gospel truth...)

But where these sanctuary policies are challenged and busted, illegal aliens will go home!

Sign the Petition now!

What's That Awful Smell? It's Harry Reid!

Senate Leader, and corrupt, simpering uber-pansy Harry Reid (D-NV) has made a few headlines lately - not for his Party's complete ineptitude - but for his comments regarding the smell of D.C. tourists...

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid attacked the smelly tourists in Washington today:

The Capitol Visitors Center, which opened this morning, may have tripled its original budget and fallen years behind schedule, but Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid found a silver lining for members of Congress: tourists won't offend them with their B.O. anymore.

"My staff tells me not to say this, but I'm going to say it anyway," said Reid in his remarks. "In the summer because of the heat and high humidity, you could literally smell the tourists coming into the Capitol. It may be descriptive but it's true."

But, this wasn't the first time he lashed out at smelly Americans.
Back on April 14, 2008, Harry said the same thing:

“Mr. President, someone wanting to visit the Capitol today, there is no place for them to gather. They gather -it used to be out on the East Front - now they gather on the West Front. And the people who work here joke about you can always tell when it's summertime because you can smell the visitors. And what we mean by that Mr. President – they stand out there in the high humidity, heat, sweating, and it’s really – there’s no place for them to go.” Sen. Harry Reid's Floor remarks today.

Reid's comments are, of course, very telling, and perfectly illustrate the contempt he holds for the American people - literally, the "unwashed masses." But not surprising coming from this twerpy little Stalin who thinks his shit don't stink.

There simply ain't enough deoderant in America to cover up the foul stench coming from the Senate these days!

Pro-Amnesty Columnist in Pro-Amnesty Paper Chides Pro-Amnesty DHS Pick - For Not Being Pro-Amnesty Enough

You can always count on Ruben Navarrette Jr. to chime in on anything having to do with the illegal alien problem, this time whining that the pro-amnesty DHS pick Janet Napolitano isn't hawkish enough in her support for the erasure of America's borders...

"At the end of the day, she is a lawyer with one client: herself. And that instinct gets her into trouble when she puts political expediency before principle.

According to her critics, that's what happened in Chandler, Ariz., a Phoenix suburb where, in July 1997, Arizonans witnessed a horrendous abuse of power. A tag-team of local police and Border Patrol agents - in a futile attempt to purge the city of illegal immigrants over the course of a few days - trampled the civil rights of U.S. citizens. What became known as the Chandler Roundup resulted in the apprehension and deportation of more than 400 illegal immigrants. But because the law-enforcement net was cast wide enough to ensnare anyone who looked like an illegal immigrant - i.e., brown skin, Spanish accents, or even, as one Chandler police officer later told stunned state investigators looking into the incident, a "smell" common to the undocumented - scores of U.S.-born Latinos were systematically harassed, detained and asked to produce birth certificates or citizenship papers."

Funny that Navarrette doesn't make any mention of the other big story involving Chandler and illegal immigrants... the case of the so-called "Chandler Rapist" - Santana Batiz-Aceves - the twice-deported illegal immigrant accused of sexually assaulting five girls and attacking another between June 2006 and November 2007.

The Chandler Rapist - Just Looking For a Better Life

Perhaps if these raids had done their job a little better this rapist would not have had the chance to victimize Americans.

But what do assholes like Navarrette care? A few - no, thousands - of Americans raped and killed is a small price to pay for "justice" for illegal alien criminals.

$25 Billion For THIS????

Behold one of the biggest piece-of-shit cars to ever come out of Detroit - the straight-6 '75 Ford Maverick. I used to own one of these crapheaps (inherited from my ma), and wasted a lot of money on it.

Karma's a Bitch

Former State Assembly Speaker and King Anchor Baby Fabian Nunez is having a few problems at home lately...

A Chip Off the Ol' Block

12-03) 21:30 PST San Diego, CA (AP) --

The 19-year-old son of former California Assembly Speaker Fabian Nunez and three friends have been charged with murder in the stabbing death of a college student after police say they sought revenge when they were turned away from a fraternity party.

Thomas said as he and his friends left, they heard one of the victims say, "I think I got stabbed." Esteban Nunez then said, "Yeah, I got one of them."

(Fellow defendant Lashanor) Thomas said the group went to a friend's home in San Diego after the confrontation. He saw one of the men cleaning the knives while Jett and Nunez washed clothes in the kitchen sink.

Thomas told investigators that Nunez assured him he would "take the rap" for whatever happened and that "hopefully his dad would take care of it and could get them off on self-defense."

(btw... the pro-amnesty SFGate has already scrubbed the previous article, with the above quote being removed)

Can you believe that shit? A gangsta with a trust fund! Little Bitch forgot that Daddy not in big position anymore!

Look... I don't want to wish hateful shit on people, but an apparently decent kid is dead, and you can bet the little bastard that killed him is going to have a lot of strings pulled for him.

And as for Fabian... here's a guy who has spent his whole political life trying to destroy this state, a guy with extensive ties to a foreign government, a guy who is essentially an operative of said government, a guy who never missed an opportunity to scream "racist" at anyone who didn't support the erasure of California's borders, a guy who always toed the old "illegals just want a better life and aren't criminals" line... and his own Goddamn son is in a fucking GANG!

What a fucking hypocrite.

See Into The Future, San Francisco....

St. Louis Alderman Calls On Citizens to Get Armed

(12-02) 17:14 PST ST. LOUIS (AP) --

A city alderman frustrated with the police response to rising crime called Tuesday on residents to arm themselves to protect their lives and property.

Alderman Charles Quincy Troupe said police are ineffective, outnumbered or don't care about the increase in crime in his north St. Louis ward. St. Louis has had 157 homicides in 2008, 33 more than last year at this time.

"The community has to be ready to defend itself, because it's clear the economy is going to get worse, and criminals are getting more bold," Troupe, 72, said Tuesday.

Troupe said that when he and residents approached a district police commander last year, they were told "there was nothing he could do to protect us and the community ... that he didn't have the manpower."

Police did not immediately return requests for comment. Chief Dan Isom wrote Tuesday in a department blog that citizens arming themselves will lead to more danger, not less, he said.

Neighborhood watch groups, and the hard work of helping to eradicate poverty and other social ills, are better crime-prevention tools, he said.

Mayor Francis Slay wrote in his blog Tuesday that some of the most violent crimes in Troupe's ward are committed with guns stolen from law-abiding citizens.

He said Troupe could do more good urging residents to cooperate with investigating police officers, lending support for activities for children, and lobbying legislators to increase funding for jobs training and economic development.

Troupe's reaction to the spike in homicides is understandable, but his idea is not likely to be effective, said University of Missouri-St. Louis criminologist Richard Rosenfeld.

"Much of the problem is free and easy access to guns," Rosenfeld said. "This hope that by putting guns in the right hands will have an influence on criminals is a false hope. There's no evidence for that."

In one of the latest violent crimes in St. Louis, a man was shot dead Monday and an unarmed potential suspect in the killing was shot by police. The 45-year-old suspect had put his hand inside his coat and two officers, fearing for their safety, shot him. He was in stable condition.

Latest from Board of Mental Defectives: $3 Downtown Toll

The geniuses at San Francisco's Board of Supes are pushing an idea that's been batted about from time to time but appears to be gaining momentum - a $3 toll to enter downtown in a car.

These tolls - called "cordon tolls" - are not used in the United States, but are in some European cities.

Needless to say, there are lots of problems with this idea. Putting aside for a moment the question of how to implement such a scam, er, scheme, just getting into San Francisco from the Bay Area costs $4-5 depending on which bridge you cross.

Here are some other issues brought up by the SFGate article (with my 2 cents)...

"Initially, they considered establishing a downtown zone - a twin triangle area bounded by Washington, Jones, Turk and Harrison streets and Van Ness Avenue. Then they looked at charging fees at the city's major gateways: the Bay and Golden Gate bridges, Highway 101 and Interstate 280.

But the downtown zone was too small, and drivers would just avoid it, causing problems in adjacent neighborhoods, Bent said. And charging at the gateways would reduce traffic from outside San Francisco but might end up encouraging more driving among city residents, she said."

(Wellll... DUH! So they came up with this map - see below. As anyone will easily see, the green area covers much, much more than just "downtown." It encompasses nearly a fourth of the city, including all tourist areas, most shopping and convention areas, the Castro, and the entire Western Addition [Good luck collecting from all the housing projects, Ross!].

"The congestion toll could raise between $35 million and $65 million a year - money that could be invested in transportation improvements, with an emphasis on boosting service and capacity on Muni, BART and other transit agencies that serve San Francisco."

(
Could be, but most likely won't be. The Supes will no doubt push for the money to be put into the general fund, where they can spend it on the things they find really important: namely more benefits for bums, drug addicts, drunks, illegal aliens, and criminals, and for forcing their idiotic brand of Socialism on people with brilliant ideas like fining people for not sorting their garbage).

This will - in theory - get a lot more people using public transportation. But there's a teensy weensy problem....

"We've already reached our design capacity, and are going to need to make investments in expanding rail capacity." said Tom Radulovich, a BART director from San Francisco.

Anyone who's ridden MUNI in the last year or two knows that the buses and trains are getting more and more crowded, and putting more people on the existing lines without a major increase in service will likely lead to riots. But what do the Supes care... they need the money to make sure we don't have cigarettes in Walgreens, have calorie counts posted at Taco Bell, ID cards for illegal aliens, and
City-sponsored shooting galleries for heroin addicts!

Tell Obama What "Change" You'd Like To See Regarding Immigration

Here's a link to Prezelect Obama. He says he wants to hear from you! It's a great opportunity to let your voice be heard on exactly why an amnesty is a bad idea, and why opening our borders to every criminal on Earth might not be a good idea.

You may well ask, "What's the freakin' point???"

Well, as NumbersUSA's Roy Beck explains...

"Yes, I see that a number of you are saying that sending any information to Obama is a wasted effort because of his strong support for virtually open borders. But that was Pres. Bush's position, too. You all hammered him for years. Finally a year ago, he allowed DHS to engage in the strongest immigration enforcement this country has seen since Pres. Eisenhower in the 1950s. Speak up. You never know what political miracles may happen."

Here's what I wrote:

Dear President-Elect Obama,

Thank you for this opportunity to express my thoughts on immigration.

I live in San Francisco - a "sanctuary city" - and have seen, and continue to see first hand every single day, the DAMAGE that immigration anarchy has caused to my city and to our once-great state of California.

On my block I see it every day. About 5 years ago, a few illegal alien day laborers started showing up at the paint store across the street looking for work. Today that number is anywhere from 20 to sometimes over 50 people crowded on one block. Pickup trucks line up to BREAK THE LAW and hire these people illegally for sub-minimum wage, with no workman's comp. There exists within this group of workers hardcore drunks and drug dealers. At a town meeting, several local women announced that they avoid my block because they are sick of the catcalls and sexual harassment.

In San Francisco, 4 people so far have been MURDERED this year by illegal alien gang members. Many of these gang members were harbored and assisted in avoiding Federal authorities by our own city government!

We have had it. As long as the forces of comprehensive immigration reform refuse to weed out the significant criminal element of the illegal alien population, we will continue to fight tooth and nail against ANY amnesty. I believe firmly that I am in the vast majority of Americans who believe that rewarding criminals is wrong and the antithesis of what this country stands for.

That said, I believe I and many others who hold these beliefs as strongly or even stronger than I would support a limited amnesty - on the firm condition that illegal alien criminals will be caught, punished, and deported without ANY chance at becoming American citizens. I cannot tell you how angry it makes me to think that the illegal alien gang member who murdered three members of the Bologna family in San Francisco was a hairs' breadth away from becoming every bit as much a US Citizen as me. That is WRONG. You know it is wrong. We all know it is wrong.

It is time to reassure the American people that America is not going to become a haven for illegal alien criminals.

Thank you for you time.

Tell Prezelect Obama What He Should "Change" In Immigration Policy!

PS... I'd like to add another bit of Roy's wisdom here...

"I also have read from others of you that you are actually afraid that if you give Pres-Elect Obama your email address something bad will happen to you. Please! Stop the paranoia and become an American again. If you are afraid to send your opinion to the President of the United States, you obviously have given up.

A flurry of postings on Obama's website WILL be noticed. They will be unlikely to stop the nomination (of Janet Napolitano as DHS head) but they very well can influence how carefully Napolitano and Obama try to avoid instituting radical ideas."

The Passage of Prop. 8 and White Liberal Racism

Much liberal hand-wringing has gone in San Francisco since the passage of Proposition 8 – the law banning gay marriage. The comment boards of the SFGate and other papers are overflowing with gay marriage proponents spouting some of the most racist, hateful invective ever heard in this city of “tolerance.”

Surprising? Hardly.

Steve Sailer, in a VDare article entitled “The Whiteness Studies Status Game,” offers as good an explanation as I have seen, in his review of Noel Ignatiev’s* new book “How the Irish became White...”

“White anti-white racism is a broadly fashionable attitude that extends far beyond loonies like Ignatiev. I don't believe I've ever seen it formally explained, although Tom Wolfe's novels show it in action.

The usual explanations of what drives whites like Ignatiev are "white guilt" or "self-loathing." But does Ignatiev appear as if he personally feels guilt or self-loathing?

No—he sounds like he's having the time of his life arguing that you should feel guilt etc. He comes across as an arrogant, hostile jerk who thinks the world of himself.

He wants to feel that he's better than other whites and to rub their faces in it. The bad guys in his book are Irish Catholics and Anglo-Saxon Protestants. Ignatiev himself is neither.

And this is typical, in my experience: whites who proclaim their anti-white feelings don't really care much about blacks or other minorities, pro or con. What they care about is achieving social superiority over other whites by demonstrating their exquisite racial sensitivity and their aristocratic insouciance about any competitive threats posed by racial preferences.

To these whites, minorities are just useful pawns in the great game of clawing your way to the top of the white status heap. Which, when you come right down to it, is the only game in town.”

*(Read more about the genocidal lunatic Noel Ignatiev here)

Liberals – particularly white liberals – viewed the fight over gay marriage as they view all such fights, as a fight against other white people. (Such sentiments can be clearly seen in even the most cursory readings of the SFGate’s enfants terrible – so-called “sex positive” Violet Blue and the truly despicable Mark Morford – who have both made a trademark of their blatant anti-white racism.)

I sincerely doubt that any of the No on 8 forces considered – even for the slightest moment – that minorities would not follow them. They could not possibly help it of course, for their racist views would not allow them to accept any possibility of it.

To a white liberal, it is unfathomable that their moral superiority cannot fail to be noticed by the oppressed masses – which include everyone except white people that they don’t agree with.

What does this say about how white liberals view minorities in general?

It is this colossal arrogance that led in part to minorities’ voting in such heavy numbers for Prop. 8. Frankly, minorities seem to be getting pretty damn sick and tired of homosexuals claiming equal footing with them in the oppression game. And many are infuriated that their pro-family, pro-work, and pro-religion life is being equated with a lifestyle that most view as unnatural, and many view as just plain sick.

Vote cast... and only one fight!

Well... vote cast. But not without controversy!

Just before I was going to bring my ballot up to be counted, a large skinny bald dude walked in wearing an Obama/Biden shirt. The pollworker asked him to turn his shirt inside out, and he became irate and started berating them, asking them to "show me the law" and adding the obligatory "I'm a citizen" and "I have freedom of speech" crap.

I had had enough.

I said - in a loud voice - "you cannot politic within 100 feet of a polling place! Don't be a dick!"

Well, that started a small shouting match which ended not in fisticuffs thankfully (he was much bigger than me!). I was leaving anyway, having finished my ballot. On the way out I apologized to the pollworker, who thanked ME for helping them do their jobs properly.

I felt a little bad about causing a scene, but here's the deal...

Everyone KNOWS you cannot politic within 100 feet of a polling place, and certainly not INSIDE a polling place. The guy wore a shirt endorsing a certain vote. He KNEW that. Then he started getting on the pollworkers' case IMMEDIATELY after they called him on it - meaning he was expecting it.

In short, he WAS being a DICK. And I called him on it.

So I don't feel bad now. I said what had to be said. These democracy newbies (and those not so new but who are intent on breaking the rules because they are believe they are supporting "God's chosen candidate") have got to learn - or be "schooled" - that they do not get to break the rules. If your dude wins and the only way you can win is by breaking the rules then what have you accomplished?

VOTE TOMORROW!

Yeah, yeah... vote tomorrow. I'd give my suggestions, but I just got off of a cross-country flight, and I'm totally wiped.

But I just want to make one little observation about the Presidential election.

I mean, really... we're at the point now where we are really seriously considering electing a man as President who has absolutely NO EXPERIENCE at all. At a time when this country is nearly on the ropes financially and our position in the world is being challenged left and right, we are thinking of electing a guy who has little experience other than being a "community activist" - whatever the hell that means.

What is behind this? Why would allegedly sane people vote this way?

Simple. They're suicidal.

There is a large contingent of people who want to see America destroyed so bad that they will elect an avowed Socialist, a terrorist-sympathizer, and a man dedicated to destroying large sectors of the economy, and also dedicated to nationalizing many, many more.

What is behind it is a hatred of America, and, ultimately, themselves. The possibility of a terrorist attack doesn't deter them; many will be disappointed if there ISN'T a terrorist attack.

Many of these folks say they want what's best for America. Sorry. As a former leftist, I don't buy it. Many want what's best for "the world," which, in their minds, means the destruction of America. See, we don't count when it comes to the world. Just as YOU don't count when the poverty pimps, the racialists, and the rest talk about "our community."

Vote for McCain tomorrow. He's not the best, and certainly not whom I would pick. But, come on, let's fucking THINK about what we are about to do for a second!

Golden Gate Minutemen @ SF City Hall - 9/25/08

Weeeeee're Baaaaack!

The Golden Gate Minutemen and several other anti-illegal immigration groups came back to San Francisco City Hall. This time, we had an additional purpose... to draw attention to those Americans who have suffered the most from immigration anarchy; those American citizens who have been murdered, raped, and otherwise victimized by illegal alien criminals.

It was a far cry from the first Mintueman rally we held on the steps of City Hall. At that time we numbered only 12 people, standing our ground against a foaming mob of about 200 hardcore leftists looking to silence us. Two assholes were arrested for assault.

This time we got over 70 people!!! That may not sound like much, but you've got to remember we are in the proverbial Belly of the Beast. There are lots of liberals in this town who are certainly intimidated by the violence often employed by the Communists, but, more than that, they are deeply conflicted. I understand completely. I used to be a liberal myself. No one wants to be called a racist, and certainly no white liberal wants to be called a racist, On the other hand, this does not cancel out the strong feeling that something is VERY WRONG with what is going on in San Francisco.

One of the highlights for me was meeting Anita Shaw, the mother of Jamiel Shaw, Jr...

She is one courageous woman. I can't imagine what she's had to go through, and I really can't imagine going through what she has gone through, and to stand up for what's right, all the while having dozens of alleged human beings screaming "racist" at you.

The protesters at this rally though were downright well-behaved compared to the rabble that came to meet us the first time (July 30th, 2008). They were a motley collection of true scum. Here's a collection of photos of them in their finer moments...

As you can see, few of these people were here to fight for immigrants. They were there to fight for their real cause - Socialism. The signs at this rally were far more likely to contain the word "socialist" than the word "immigrant." Apart from the obviously racist sentiments expressed above, the genius protesters chanted against pro-amnesty President Bush, made fun of our sexuality (reeeeeal mature!) and bashed America in general.

Oh... and look who just happened to show up? Cindy Sheehan - the woman who thinks Nancy Pelosi is too right wing - just happens to be here "dropping off some papers," and wades through the adoring crowd, holding up signs of their other "heroes."

The funny thing is... I don't know what these stupid fucks are so angry about. I mean, they're winning... the bank bailout is the first major step that our government is taking towards all-out Socialism. The airlines, the oil companies, the utilities, the automobile industry, the medical industry... all are poised to be nationalized in the very near future. So why all the anger?

Because the enemy here is not really the state. The enemy is white people. Standing before the screaming masses you really sense the all-out racist hatred of this group of dipshits. Pro-immigrant my ass. This group is not pro-anything. They are anti-American, anti-democracy, anti-law, anti-moral, and anti-white. They are simply engaging in the only act of intolerance tolerated in "tolerant" San Francisco... the silencing of politically incorrect thought and action by any means possible. I'm sure they would agree.

Ugh... I still hear this cow screaming in my nightmares....

This asshole was busted by the cops for spitting at us.

Here's the crowd trying to impede the cops as they track him down. Sadly, no one else was arrested for obstruction of justice.

Have fun in jail, asshole!

But the last one was much better...

The protesters were much fewer, and seemed to have at least a slight degree of humanity - given that this was a rally to commemorate those American Citizens killed, raped, and murdered by illegal alien criminals. Very slight... the scum still managed to scream and rant during the moment of silence we held in remembrance of these Americans, victims of immigration anarchy. But there was never any threat of violence (unlike the first one), and we were free to say our piece, to speak our minds, and to exercise our first amendment rights.

Which no illegal alien criminal-loving scumbags will ever stop us from doing! EVER!

Thanks to the Golden Gate Minutemen for having the courage to put this together and go through with it! The Bay Area doesn't know how lucky it is that a few of us still stand up for our country!

The good news is that the Feds are beginning a probe into SF's Sanctaury City Ordinance to see if any laws have been broken. My guess is that they won't look too hard - this is President Bush's Justice Department after all. Still, it marks a step forward. And ICE is continuing their operations in the Bay Area, and look as though they are not going to be deterred by bad press from the rabidly pro-illegal alien SF Chronicle.

Well, I hope you've enjoyed these pics. I'm off now... on a much needed vacation for 3 weeks. I'll be back the day before election day. As for my election endorsements, I'll make it simple...

Don't Vote for any Goddamn "Progressives" in SF

Judge Mellon (FUCK Gerardo Sandoval!)

Must See TV: "102 Minutes That Changed America" on the History Channel

I stumbled upon this incredible documentary on History Channel by accident, and I'm glad I did. Every September 11th, I feel like I need to re-connect with that event, and Jesus does this film bring it home.

Composed entirely of raw footage with no narration, it brings back the shock and terror of that day like no film I've ever seen. It's truly a great piece of art, and a must see. History Channel should get an Emmy for this.

Check it out

SF Sanctuary's Even Eviler Twin: Special Order 40

By Doug McIntyre

Today is the 164th day since police say an illegal-alien gangbanger named Pedro Espinosa shot and killed 17-year-old high school football star Jamiel Shaw II.

The 164th day since Jamiel Shaw Sr. heard the gunshots that took his son's life and propelled him down the block to find his boy dead in the road.

The 164th day since Sgt. Anita Shaw was sent home from Iraq to bury her son, murdered three doors down from the Shaw home while she protected other mothers' sons half a world away.

Today also marks the 164th day the city of Los Angeles has done nothing to right this dreadful wrong.

Yes, Espinosa has been arrested. Yes, he will be prosecuted and most likely convicted. But this pathetic scenario will be replayed again and again until the City Council and the mayor give up their deadly pig-headed devotion to political correctness.

Who are they kidding? Their blind devotion to Special Order 40 is killing our kids - it's killing black kids, brown kids and white kids. Political correctness has produced a diversity of death.

Sanctuary city policies can no longer be ignored.

The murder of Jamiel Shaw II should have been enough to mobilize Los Angeles to crush once and for all the plague of gangs. Instead, it mobilized a loathsome political damage-control campaign orchestrated by members of the City Council itself: Herb Wesson's pathetic attempts to keep Jamiel Shaw Sr. and Anita Shaw from speaking out; Dennis Zine's attempt to co-opt Walter Moore's proposed "Jamiel's Law" revision of Special Order 40 with a toothless do-nothing piece of fluff designed to look like action while maintaining the status quo; and finally, Jack Weiss, the man who hopes to be city attorney, the chairman of the council's Public Safety Committee, has kept even Zine's faux "Jamiel's Law" bottled up.

It does make one wonder who these people work for.

The murder of Jamiel Shaw should have been enough. Just as the murder of 23-day-old Baby Luis near MacArthur Park should have been enough, or the murder of 14-year-old Cheryl Green should have been enough, or the murder of then-LAPD Police Chief Bernard Parks' granddaughter should have been enough. Apparently we have an infinite capacity for carnage.

Those who claim a crackdown on black and Hispanic gangs is somehow "racist," or profiling, or political suicide, continue to stonewall and "study" what is obvious to everyone else - the gangs need to be crushed. This is not complicated, folks. Sanctuary city policies kill. Special Order 40 allows illegal-alien gangbangers to move about unmolested. We have enough home-grown barbarians without importing contraband killers.

Meet Danielle Bologna. Authorities say her husband of more than 20 years and both her boys were slaughtered on a sunny Sunday afternoon in San Francisco by Edwin Ramos, another illegal-alien gangbanger. Just like Jamiel's killer, Ramos was well known to the police and sheltered by Mayor Gavin Newsom's belligerent, in-your-face, open-border policies.

While Danielle Bologna buried half her family, Newsom honeymooned in Africa and was recently spotted lunching in Malibu with Gary South, presumably planning his run for governor.

And this week, Polytechnic High School in the Valley lost its second football player in four months to gang gunfire! Sixteen-year-old Edward Satterstrom was murdered in North Hollywood, police say, by 18-year-old David Aranda Hernandez.

Councilman Tony Cardenas called the murder "a random act of violence." It wasn't. Gang homicides are far too frequent in L.A. to be called random. While pimples and gawkiness, shyness and braces used to be a rite of passage, today's teens face a crucible of violence. An indifferent public allows casket after casket to be lugged to the boneyard.

Los Angeles Police Department Lt. Alan Hamilton hit the nail on the head: "The community has a responsibility to get suspects like this (Hernandez) into custody." That's right. The community also has a responsibility to elect council members who will work to ban body bags, not plastic bags.

Ask your City Council member what they're doing today that's more important - 164 days and counting.

Ramos Case Tip Of The Iceberg: More Illegal Alien Killers Shielded By Sick City

Jaxon Van Derbeken has uncovered more slimy-ness in Slime City... finding another Illegal Alien gang-banger criminal shielded by the Juvenile Probation Dept...

A suspected illegal immigrant - free after being shielded from deportation by San Francisco officials despite committing two gang-related assaults as a juvenile - is now facing charges that he tried to stab a man to death in San Mateo County, authorities say.

The case of Eric Antonio Uc-Cahun, now 19, is the second in which a youth offender protected from deportation in San Francisco has gone on to be arrested for a violent crime as an adult. The San Mateo County stabbing was especially vicious, authorities said - a top prosecutor said the victim had been "gutted, like you gut a pig."

Uc-Cahun's history of youth offenses in the city was similar to that of Edwin Ramos, a 21-year-old Salvadoran native facing triple-murder charges in connection with the June slayings of a San Francisco man and two of his sons on an Excelsior district street.

"How many of these people are there who were the beneficiaries of this process?" asked Joseph Russoniello, the U.S. attorney for Northern California, who has been critical of the city's practice of shielding of immigrants from deportation.

"This is what happens when the best intentions are misapplied," Russoniello said. "If there was any justification for this program, cases like this certainly undermine that expectation."

And... in what is now a common story here, the perp had a LOOOONG history of criminal activity - and hand-slap "punishment" - before nearly killing a man...

Uc-Cahun's criminal history as a juvenile dates at least from Aug. 13, 2006, when San Francisco police reports show that he was arrested along with two other suspected gang members in the assault on a man at Dolores Park. The victim was hit in the head and threatened with a gun after the group demanded to know whether he was a gang member, according to the reports.

Uc-Cahun did not cooperate with police, refusing even to say where he lived, authorities said. The police report on the attack says Uc-Cahun was a Sureño gang member known as "Tweety" who had "numerous prior contacts" with law enforcement.

Uc-Cahun, then 17, was taken to juvenile hall and eventually was found to have committed felony assault. A San Francisco juvenile court placed him on probation and freed him from juvenile hall.

On Oct. 18, 2006, shortly after his release, Uc-Cahun was arrested again, this time for allegedly being part of group that accosted a stranger on the street and ripped a chain from his neck.

He spent four months in juvenile hall before being found responsible for a single charge of felony assault. He turned 18 by the time he was freed in February 2007 and put on a year's probation.

Uc-Cahun was still on probation May 22, 2007, when he and several other suspected gang members allegedly jumped a man waiting for a ride on the 2700 block of Bayshore Boulevard in Daly City, said Steve Wagstaffe, chief deputy district attorney for San Mateo County.

Three men approached, accused the man of being a rival gang member and started beating him with a broomstick that eventually broke, Wagstaffe said. Other members of the group stripped the man of his jacket, and Uc-Cahun allegedly used a box cutter with a 2-inch blade to slash his abdomen open in two places.

"He basically gutted him, like you gut a pig to get to the meat," Wagstaffe said. The man survived and later identified Uc-Cahun as the man with the box cutter.

A month later, a still-jailed Uc-Cahun allegedly wrote a letter to a friend, providing the name and address of the victim and suggesting that the friend "take care of things," Wagstaffe said. San Francisco police executing a search warrant in May at a suspected gang house found the letter, he said.

Uc-Cahun was charged with witness intimidation along with attempted murder, robbery and other gang-related counts.

Criminal Commission Passes Criminal Resolution

The (Illegal) Immigrant Rights Commission - a group of 15 cretins that advises the Board of Stupidisors on "immigration issues," but, in reality, is basically an apologist body for illegal alien criminals - has once again sided with killers and released a resolution to Mayor Newsom ...

...urging the city to let young immigrant offenders stay in the city. The commission advises the Board of Supervisors and mayor about issues involving immigrants.

It called on San Francisco to pay nonprofit community groups to screen juvenile offenders to determine whether they should be entitled to city-paid immigration attorneys who would help them seek asylum as victims of abandonment, trafficking or abuse.

It also urged the city to provide adequate resources for placing the youths in "culturally appropriate" community programs approved by the juvenile court system, a policy that federal prosecutors have said was akin to harboring illegal immigrants.

And it advised the city to develop and expand safe housing, jobs and other opportunities for unaccompanied immigrant youth "because these youth are extremely vulnerable to exploitation by adult criminals."

How about "No, and fuck you to hell." Is that a good answer?

According to Newsom Spokesman Nathan Ballard, the Mayor has no intention of backtracking on his directive to turn illegal alien minor felons to the Feds.

Newsom spokesman Nathan Ballard said the mayor appreciated the commission's input but "has directed the juvenile probation department in no uncertain terms" to turn over juvenile felons to federal immigration authorities.

"Ultimately, the decisions must be made by the mayor, and that is where the buck stops," Ballard said.

Chief Numbnuts of the Commission Jamal Dajani said, "What happened in that unfortunate murder case created a lot of political debate, but, in the end, you cannot make a blanket policy to treat all juveniles the same," he said. "We shouldn't be punishing everyone because of one case, where we had a breakdown in the system."

First of all, I find it hilarious that this bitch is whining about a blanket policy, and yet these same assholes are the ones bitching for a blanket amnesty, that gives all illegal aliens - including felons, killers, and prisoners - all the rights of a law-abiding citizen.

Secondly, as for the "breakdown in the system," this is a system designed to shield criminals. There was no breakdown. It worked like a charm. And the Bologna-family killer would probably be safe in his home country now if the system had worked to its conclusion.

Once again, the answer to the Comission's recommendations: NO, and fuck you to hell!

What About The Poor?

This is an excerpt from a great post from Front Page Mag from Barry Loberfeld. It beautifully tears apart the argument that only Socialists care about the poor, and very succinctly explains why the "liberal" approach to poverty - and homelessness in particular - is a cruel one... as a collective flight from responsibility...

The conquest of poverty (to borrow the title of Henry Hazlitt's classic) requires just two weapons: wealth and compassion. So the only real question is: Who can better provide these – civil society ("the market") or the political state?

The answer as it regards wealth has now been settled: "[C]apitalism has won," conceded left-aligned economic historian Robert Heilbroner in 1989. "Socialism," conversely, "has been a great tragedy this century."

Paul Samuelson's famous textbook a few years later deemed state production the "failed model." It is a society of free people, not coercive government, that produces wealth. And yet, most bizarrely, liberals still believe it is government, not people, that possesses the compassion necessary to redistribute some of that wealth to those who find themselves in need of aid (a percentage of any population). Society will starve the poor, but the State won't.

How did it come to that? Mostly from the premise If government doesn't do it, it doesn't get done. But if we followed that consistently, we'd wind up right back with the "failed model" of socialist state planning of production and everything else, e.g., Stalin and Ceausescu's prohibition of abortion or the Chinese Communists' imposition of (even late-term) abortion. It is a premise refuted by an insight from an American Founder. We know Madison and his politics of limited government, we know Jefferson and his morality of individual rights, but we often forget Paine and his philosophy of the primacy of society over the State:

A great part of that order which reigns among mankind is not the effect of government. It had its origin in the principles of society and the natural constitution of man. It existed prior to government, and would exist if the formality of government was abolished. The mutual dependence and reciprocal interest which man has upon man, and all parts of a civilized community upon each other, create that great chain of connection which holds it together. The landholder, the farmer, the manufacturer, the merchant, the tradesman, and every occupation, prospers by the aid which each receives from the other, and from the whole. Common interest regulates their concerns, and forms their laws; and the laws which common usage ordains, have a greater influence than the laws of government. In fine, society performs for itself almost every thing which is ascribed to government.

We don't need state charities for the same reason we don't need state churches, state families, or state anything else, i.e., we don't need state socialism because we already have civil society. Government, organized armed force, exists only to provide governance -- basically, defense against the violent criminal element (domestic and foreign, e.g., bin Laden). Condemning limited government for not performing the functions of the charity, the church, the family, the firm, the school, and the other organs of the body politic is like condemning the skeleton for not performing the functions of the brain, the heart, the stomach, the liver, the lungs, and the other organs of the body proper. Freedom is the framework that secures all other virtues.

Ironically, the widely expressed fear that people won't voluntarily help those who can't help themselves -- the foremost objection to the free market -- is self-refuting. If everyone is concerned about the poor primarily, then what's the problem? Religionists and secularists of virtually all stripes proclaim identical sentiments when it comes to aiding the less fortunate. And yet we have this theater-of-the-absurd chorus with each member wailing that he alone cares about his fellow man.

"American Calcutta" from NY Post

Found this via Free Republic...

"American Calcutta" by Ralph Peters
August 2, 2008
--

ONE of the best ways to see a city's bones is to take a long jog in the hour before dawn. That's what I did in San Francisco this week.

The city reminded me of Calcutta.

By day, the camouflage of color and crowds makes the multitudes of homeless less apparent. At the chilly end of the night, though, they lie strewn on the sidewalks like plague victims, wrapped in filthy blankets and abandoned.

New Yorkers have no idea how bad a homeless crisis can be.

I didn't even run in the rougher sections, where old garbage fills the alleys and druggies prowl. My course ran from the slopes of Nob Hill, south of Union Square, down to the Embarcadero, up to North Beach and back. That's the better part of downtown.

My new symbol of San Francisco is a man with ulcerous calves exposed, head and torso thrust into a cardboard box in front of a Prada boutique.

What I saw as I sidestepped bodies wasn't just the failure of social policies, but a collective flight from responsibility. Shrugging our shoulders and declaiming The homeless deserve the right to make their own choices! just lets us all off the hook.

I refuse to romanticize the homeless - unlike those who live in San Francisco's multimillion-dollar Victorians and idealize the homeless from a distance, then cross the street to avoid giving a deranged beggar a quarter.

When it comes to the capable-but-unwilling homeless, John Stuart Mill's rule applies: The individual is entitled to the maximum individual freedom compatible with the freedom and well being of others. As long as he or she poses no criminal, health or aggravated-nuisance threats, the rest of us just have to suck it up.

My problem lies in our moral cowardice regarding those who aren't capable of making sane decisions. When we write off a man or woman who is clearly disturbed, incapable of basic sanitary practices and living at a level below that we accord our pets, we shouldn't pat ourselves on the back for giving him or her a handout now and then.

We're avoiding the hard moral choices, the questions whose best answers still leave us uneasy: We worry more about stray dogs and cats than we do about stray humans.

God may help those who help themselves - but it's left to the rest of us to help those who can't help themselves. Abandoning the incompetent to the streets helps no one.

Can't we have the moral integrity to admit that deinstitutionalization of the "nondangerous" mentally ill has been a disaster? Why is it more humane to let a badly disturbed individual sink into disease and squalor than to provide him or her with a structured existence?

For the left, it's all about the cruel fantasy of the cuddly homeless (as long as they don't actually have to cuddle them). For the right, abandoning the incompetent to the streets trimmed state and county budgets. Everybody wins - except the helpless.

I didn't just compare San Francisco to Calcutta for effect. My pre-dawn runs through the City by the Bay really did conjure morning jogs past huddled families and the occasional corpse in India.

But the comparison's unfair - to Calcutta. Bengali economic refugees staking a claim to a bit of crumbling sidewalk are seeking jobs; they have hope. San Francisco's homeless have no future beyond platitudes and handouts.

There are other similarities between the two cities: Left-wing traditions and governments; splendid cuisine and an artsy scene for the fortunate; quirky bookstores and a coffee-house culture for poets and musicians. But Calcutta's underrated, while San Francisco's overrated (and dirtier each time I visit).

The greatest difference between the two isn't the greater wealth of San Francisco, but the sense of the homeless as fellow human beings in Calcutta. From its asylum policies for violent illegal immigrants to its dog-biscuit "generosity" to the homeless, San Francisco's a city of ethically oblivious hypocrites: 6,377 homeless, 776,733 heartless.

As I walked the streets in the light of day, foreign tourists dodged the meandering, muttering homeless. I was ashamed of the image those visitors would take home.

I wished those tourists had chosen Manhattan instead. Or even, God help us, Washington, DC. The only thing San Francisco ever gave this country was bubonic plague.

Ralph Peters' latest book is "Looking for Trouble: Adventures in a Broken World."

El Voz de Reconquista Luis Gutierrez Sinks To New Low; Calls US Law Enforcers "Gestapo Agents"

"Death To America!"

Reconquista, alleged American, corrupt Chicago politician, race-baiter, and all-around pusbag Luis Gutierrez sank to a new low by calling ICE "Gestapo Agents" and once again demanded amnesty for criminals.

Congressman Gutierrez has been a long-time proponent of amnesty and opponent of immigration enforcement. He even went so far recently as to openly call for a suspension of all such immigration enforcement actions until Congress passes "comprehensive" immigration reform. However, in an article appearing in the online publication The Politico on Aug. 6, Gutierrez lowered himself to using inflammatory rhetoric simply unacceptable for a member of Congress. "You know who is in charge now? The Gestapo agents at Homeland Security. They are in charge," Gutierrez told The Politico.

"Every American should be offended and outraged by comparisons between our dedicated public servants risking their lives every day to enforce our immigration laws and the Nazi secret police, no matter who is making the comparison. That such a vile statement was made by a member of Congress is truly reprehensible and irresponsible," said Dan Stein, president of FAIR.

Fortunately, DHS Assistant Secretary Julie Myers is not taking the little weasel's words lying down, and has called for Gutierrez' censure by the House of Representatives.

Let's state the obvious here: Here we have a member of the United States Congress, who has sworn to uphold the laws of the USA and protect it from all enemies foreign and domestic, calling the enforcers of his country's immigration laws "Gestapo agents."

What to make of it? Simple... the United States is clearly not "his" country: Mexico is. His allegiance is to his illegal alien brethren, and not to the country he seeks to invade and conquer.

Gutierrez is a little fucking punk, and a danger to this country. He should be censured... and then deported.
