Illegal Aliens, Criminals, Racist Liberals Win Round 1 of Arizona Battle

As many expected, the Government won a temporary injunction against several provisions of Arizona's. The law has not been ruled unconstitutional by any means, though it is a big disappointment, and it certainly provides some clarity as to whose rights this administration is willing to fight for.

And here's a hint: it ain't yours.

PHOENIX — Supporters of Arizona's illegal-immigration law vowed a long legal fight to enforce it after a federal judge blocked key provisions of the legislation that ignited a national furor.

Hours before the law was to take effect, U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton, a Bill Clinton appointee, on Wednesday put on hold its most contentious element: a provision that requires police to check suspects' immigration status during routine stops if there is reasonable suspicion they are in the country illegally.

The decision, a temporary action until the full legal dispute is aired, also blocks parts of the law that ban illegal immigrants from seeking work and require documented immigrants to apply for or carry registration papers.

Bolton noted (read: paid lip service to) the state's concerns about illegal immigration but said enforcement of the provisions "would likely burden legal resident aliens and interfere with federal policy."

The much-anticipated ruling is a (small, temporary) victory for (illegal) immigration rights advocates (and other racists) and the Obama administration, yet it marks just the first skirmish in a swelling legal battle.

Republican Gov. Jan Brewer, who signed the legislation in April, promised an "expedited" appeal of the initial ruling to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, while opponents of the law said they would continue their fight to strike it down permanently.

Once the Appeals Court rules, the dispute could head to the U.S. Supreme Court.

"This fight is far from over," Brewer said.

The Obama Justice Department, which filed one of seven challenges to the law, had argued that immigration enforcement was a federal responsibility.

"While we understand (read: pay lip service to) the frustration of Arizonans with the broken immigration system, a patchwork of state and local policies would seriously disrupt federal immigration enforcement," Justice spokeswoman Hannah August said. (But of course the myriad of Sanctuary City policies - designed to interfere with the system - will stand).

Phoenix Vice Mayor Michael Nowakowski, a Democrat, stood outside the federal courthouse here to back the judge's decision.

"You can't have 50 states doing their own version of immigration law," he said.

Bolton's ruling came as supporters and opponents of the law gathered for demonstrations today in Phoenix and as officials in nine states — from Florida to South Dakota — had offered their support to Brewer.

"Today's ruling is a slap in the face to citizens who are trying to exercise their sovereignty," said Michigan Attorney General Mike Cox, a Republican candidate for governor.

Mexican officials, too, acknowledged the fight (for the reconquering of the Southwest) is not over. Francisco Ramírez Acuña, speaker of Mexico's House of Representatives, urged colleagues to continue preparing for more deportees in case the law eventually takes effect.

"We have to agree to generate sources of jobs (for once), so that these people who are coming from the United States can find some kind of employment in our country," he said.

We must train the politicians already in Washington, that the Arizona law represents the American people’s defense, against 30 years of unequivocal failure to seal the border and deportation. That even now the fence not completed, and does not represent the original specifications of two fences stretched 1800 miles from the Pacific to Gulf of Mexico. Secretly--behind closed doors, the Democratic leadership in the 2006 Senate Omnibus Law Sen. Kay Baily Hutchinson, sponsored by Sen. John Cornyn, (R-TX) attacked a major provisions of a second independent 15 foot chain-link fence that was eliminated. With a militarize border carrying automatic weapons the Arizona's law would never have been signed by Governor Brewer? The gang slime and cesspool of criminals would never have materialized in such numbers in border cities, as double parallel fences policed by 6000 permanent federal troops and US Border patrol as Mexico does with Guatemala, would have stopped the carnage in the border region.

What Obama hopes to do with unarmed military in small numbers sitting at desk, is amazingly stupid and misguided as any hopes of stopping the potential deaths is political suicide; a serious danger to National Security. Why defend foreign nations with soldiers and money, when our government for decades refuses to defend this country? The tea Party, Independents, rogue Democrats, reformed Republicans and pro-sovereignty Liberals and millions of well-informed Americans see that this is a way to appease the corrupt authorities in Mexico. Every US patriotic citizen and legal resident must demand from their confused lawmakers at state and federal level in demanding E-Verify permanently. This will gradually remove illegal aliens by auditing workplaces (old and new workers--temporarily or permanent jobs) and bring to justice employers who are flouting the law and put them in prison. WE AS THE VOTERS OF AMERICA CAN DO THIS, RIDDING OURSELVES OF SENATORS LIKE REID, McCAIN, PELOSI, SCHUMER, GRAHAM, FEINSTEIN PUSHING FOR AMNESTY AND THE DREAM ACT. WHAT WE SHOULD DEMAND FROM THE LEGISLATORS IS IMMEDIATE REVITALIZATION OF THE “SAVE ACT & CLEAR ACT.” ALL INCUMBENTS NEED TO JOIN THE JOBLESS. FIND FACTS AT NUMBERSUSA & GOVERNMENT CORRUPTION AT JUDICIAL WATCH. Bombard the Washington switchboard at 202-224-3121 WATCH--FOR--ILLEGALS--VOTING--IN--FUTURE--ELECTIONS.

“House Bill 2013” and “SB1070”

0 = Arizona
2 = USA/ Our Constitution/ We the People of the United States

This month of July 2010, our U.S. Federal courts have found the so called State of Arizona hate filled legislation namely “House Bill 2013” and “SB1070” Un-constitution (So much for the intellect of Jan Brewer, “Did you read the bills you signed?”). But we all know that they will go crying to the Supreme Court of the United States, please, please, please go. We will fight you in Arizona, any other state, and yes in Washington DC. We will not tire, we will not be silent and we will persevere, I promise you. We are a country that is ruled by the Constitution, Bill of Rights and the Declaration of Independence, not by the majority of the day. When you do not know the principles in these documents, therein lays the problem in losing when you are challenged in court.

In my opinion the Republican Party has been taken over the most extreme of clans; the Baggers, Birthers and Blowhards (people who love to push their beliefs and hate on others while trying to take away the rights of those they just hate) and that’s who they need to extract from their party if they real want to win in November. Good Luck, because as they said in WACO, “We Ain’t Coming Out”.

It’s all about politics: Jan Brewer you were never elected to be Governor, but you have no problem trying to get elected on the back of undocumented workers, you loser (sure you may win but the long-term effects to your so called State is just beginning). Here is a partial list of your hate filled legislation;

1. S.B. 1070,
2. House Bill 2013
3. No permit conceal weapons law,
4. The famous Birthers law,
5. Banning Ethnic studies law,

6. Could she be behind the Mural in Prescott, Arizona, ordered to be whiten,
7. On deck to pass, no citizenship to babies born to undocumented workers,

8. If she can read she should look up Arizona’s House Bill 2779 from two years ago (which was un-constitution and failed when legally challenged),
9. The boycotted Martin Luther King Day, what idiots don’t want another holiday? Yes, you guessed it Arizona.

Well Arizona, you can keep boycotting new holidays, passing hate filled legislation and the rest of our country will continue to challenge you in court of law and Boycott your so-called state.

Lets face it, no one can real believe anything that comes out of Brewer’s mouth, in an interview, this year, in an attempt to gain sympathy, she first said her father had died in Germany fighting the Nazi in World War II (which ended 1945) but of course we find out the truth that father was never in Germany and died in California in 1955. But we are suppose to believe everything else she says, right!

As they say in the World Cup: Gooooooooal!
